The Chinese once again prooved their omnipotence on this last day of French Cadet and Junior Open in Metz!

The epilogue of the competition saw the collection of chinese titles grow. Final assessment : 3 gold medals in the cadet age group category which confirms the supremacy of the chinese table tennis in this version of the French Open 2018 !

The last french hopes were stopped in last 16 ; Chloé CHOMIS lost 3-1 against the swedish player Rebecca MUSCANTOR, the n°7 seeds. Fabio RAKOTOARIMANANA falled against the n°1 seeds, chinese Peng XIANG and Ethan CLAUDE is flanked by the belgian  player Adrien RASSENFOSSE, n°6 seeds.

The french surprise of this last day comes from the double cadet boy Benjamin MAHOUDO and Romain BRARD who manages to reach the semi-finals but which falled against the belgian double seeded 2.

All along the competition, the french players won 5 bronze medals !
